Lindsey Splendorio is a Principal and co-owner of CWS Financial Advisors LLC. She has worked as a Financial Advisor and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ for over 15 years, serving clients in all stages of their financial journey. Lindsey is a graduate of Gull Lake High School in Richland, MI and went on to receive her Bachelors of Science degree from Cornell University where she also played four years of varsity volleyball. A proud mom to three amazing kids, Lindsey enjoys spending time with family, playing tennis, traveling, and going for long walks with her dog.  

Shelly is from Michigan and has spent time in both Colorado and Florida. She currently lives in Michigan with her husband and their daughter. With approximately 20 years of experience as a public school teacher, her passion lies in working with middle schoolers. She believes that everyone has a story to tell and deserves to have someone listen. A lifelong learner, Shelly is always seeking opportunities to grow and challenge herself.

Sarah is the Chief Strategy Officer at The Kalamazoo Promise. She leads the Workforce Innovation Team, developing education and training pathways and aligning them with career opportunities. Sarah works to ensure postsecondary education and good jobs are accessible to all Promise Scholars. 

Sarah is the granddaughter of the Gal from Kalamazoo. She graduated from Gull Lake Highschool and earned a Master of Public Policy degree from the University of Chicago. She published Connecting the Dots Between Education, Interests, and Careers: Grades 7-10.
